My page for the first July challenge at Stuck?! Sketches. I took these photos of my beautiful great-niece, Beth, in my mum’s garden last summer. This was just the perfect sketch for them!

My Creative Sketches July/August challenge

Mary Elizabethimage

Here’s my page for the sketch challenge at My Creative Sketches. This is the second ‘vintage’ style page I have done of photos of my mum as a child; not at all my usual style, but I have enjoyed doing them.  Just look at that fab pram! My Nan, bless her, wrote details on the back of the photo – this one was taken in 1932 and Mum is 8 months old.

Pixels & Paper July challenge

I am thrilled to have been asked to be guest designer at Pixels and Paper this month. The theme is ‘winter’ (they are in Australia) and there is a mood board prompt – shown here on the right …

Here’s my page – if you are as old as me you might remember Fry’s Five Boys chocolate? These photos of Leo just reminded me of that childhood treat.

Sketch Challenge July 1st–31st

July sketchmasterchef

Hello and welcome to my July challenge just where did June go?? I seem to be scrapping photos of my great-nephew, Leo, a lot lately, but he is soooo scrummy! Anyway – my challenge to you - use the sketch as a starting point and see where your imagination takes you. Sign up via the linky below – your page can be saved on your blog, gallery or FB page. Please make sure to include a link to this place and mention my challenge. There's a prize for my favourite!

There were some fab entries last month and my favourite was this one by Jan – how cute is that decoupatch bunny? I love the colours Jan has used as well as the confetti stars – a gorgeous page!

Jan, please send me your address and a prize kit will be on its way.
